Ets Glock - I visited the ETS booth at the Shot Show earlier this year and decided I should give them a try. But they are not readily available in Europe where I live, but I eventually found them at a local dealer who had limited stock.
The magazine I received has the part number GLK-18 and fits the Glock 17, 18, 26 and 34 with a 9×19mm 31 round capacity. I bought it with my own money at list price, and the ETS has no knowledge of this review (yet).

The magazine is Made in the USA by ETS Group of Knoxville, TN. And the note on the packaging tells me that it is 8 feet (2.4 meters) impact resistant, chemical and extreme temperature and UV resistant.

Additionally, ETS states that their magazines are compatible with aftermarket floor plates for Glock magazines, a statement I have not been able to verify but do not doubt.
Below: The magazine is unboxed. The "knife" is a Marfion Custom UTX-85 Tactical Beard Comb from PVK Vegas, and it's a really cool thing to have.
There are also colored base pads and followers if you want to mark your magazine (quick recognition system).
Bottom: I wasn't really thinking about them during testing, but the ETS floor plate has grip ribs to help drainage. The magazine went in smoothly every time I tried it, and there was no problem inserting it. This feature is more useful when trying to get the magazine out of a tight pouch.
Ets Group 9mm 22 Round Extended Magazine For Glock Pistols
I shot several hundred rounds through the photographed ETS magazine. Not close enough to come to any sort of definitive conclusion, as I think my magazines have a much longer lifespan than that. The consumption of time and ammunition limited my testing for obvious reasons, but after a few months of use, I think I'm ready to finalize my thoughts.
I had zero flaws during my testing - including the light 93 gr bullet, heavy subsonic and hollow point - and I really couldn't find anything to complain about.
Glock to Glock can vary so I let my friend try the magazine on his Gen 4, zero count too.
However, I have some concerns that the ETS translucent magazine will not take a beating like an original Glock magazine. I base this on the fact that they feel more fragile in the material. I also think the ETS base pad would be more fragile than the Glock.

We are all different, and the local laws here prohibit the carrying of firearms for self-defense, but I don't think I would use any kind of transparent magazine for carrying anyway.
Mag Features Fits Glock 17, 18, 19, 26, and 34 Glock 1 through Gen 5 Glocks Standard 31 round capacity Compatible with Glock and aftermarket floor plates Easily detaches with our specially designed base plate. Polymer Benefits
With a transparent magazine like this, you can easily tell what kind of ammo you are going to shoot
It looks cooler if you're a competitive shooter, there's no denying that. Imagine a few of these in your bag.

Below: To my surprise, you can actually use the Glock magazine loader with the ETS version, thanks for that!
Bottom: You can see the spring working, as it tries to push the 9mm rounds out of the magazine. You also see how the rounds combine and stack. The sunglasses are actually 3D printed on an HP printer, and have been a great companion at the shooting range this summer, according to ETS Magazine.
Below: Original Glock 33 round with translucent magazine side by side. The Glock is a Gen 4 Model 17 with a shield sight. I use a shield with 8 MOA for IPSC production competition, which I think is a great solution.
ETS has a long list of magazines for the Glock, see here for more details. I tested this one.

I paid a lot more, because the local dealer in Europe added shipping, duty, profit, etc. to the price as usual, but the US list price is $21.99 .
Magpool charges about the same for their PMAG 27 GL9, with a more traditional design, color and a few rounds less capacity. Stock magazines from Glock are more expensive, but unless you are buying loads of them I think few people will consider the price.
There are definitely a few other products I would consider from ETS. If my dealer had ETS Glock 43 magazines I would totally buy them. Not that I have an MP5, but I would try their transparent magazines.
They also have some competitively legal Glock magazines that will make sense for some shooters, not to mention their products for AR rifles and their coupling systems.

Former Arctic Ranger. Competitive practical shooters and hunters with a European focus. Always ready to expand my collection of modern semi-automatics, optics, thermals and suppressors. TCCC certificate. Sometimes a 6×6 bug out car appears, always with a big smile. Although they make magazines for a range of weapons, Elite Tactical Systems is probably best known for the ETS Glock Mag lineup. They make magazines for almost every type of Glock that needs ∞ and this except for the WM25 (which of course pulses in the range of 40 watts). Read on and learn about the different types of ETS Glock mags.
At the end of September 2021, Elite Tactical Systems released a Gen II 32 round magazine for the Glock 18. This means, of course, that they released a magazine that will also fit the G17, G19, G19X, G26, G34 and G45.
And not just because of the +1 (went from round capacity 31 to 32, see what we did there?). In addition to increasing the capacity, they changed the size of the mag to make it more compatible with pistol caliber carbines.

The geometry has also been updated, an improvement intended to increase the reliability of feeding in a variety of ammunition (including steel and aluminum casings). A new base plate is also attached, which they assure us will "improve plate retention and eliminate possible separation on extreme impacts".
The ETS Gen 2 Glock 18 9mm 32-Round Magazine features a durable, impact-resistant, advanced clear polymer body designed to provide superior strength and durability, as well as a fast, visual round count for increased reliability in the field. The floor plate is easily removed for quick disassembly, while the creep-resistant body maintains its shape during long-term storage, even when fully loaded. In addition, this magazine boasts a high-tension steel spring and anti-tilt polymer follower for smooth and reliable feeding performance.
Another day, another Glock and another aftermarket Glock magazine company. This is not a complaint, just an observation. I think more mags and more Glocks are better than less Glocks and less mags. The late series of centerfire Glocks included the G43X and G48 single stack guns. The latest magazines to hit the streets are the G48 and G43X ETS Mags.
ETS made its name by creating affordable magazines for various platforms. They often offer extended magazine options for firearms that traditionally do not have an extendo as an option. My G43X ETS mags are just that, extended magazines for a single stack concealed carry piece.

Today we're going to talk about the G43X ETS magazine and why an extendo magazine makes sense for even the smallest carry gun.
The G48 Slash G43X ETS Mags offer 19 rounds of 9mm in a very interesting and attractive magazine design. At the top, we get the single stack design we know and love from the G43X and G48 pistols, as the magazine extends from the grip. From there, it becomes like a traditional double stack.
This single stack to double stack model is not common; It's the same way Sig Sauer and Springfield Armory fit many rounds in their compact magazines. Applying the same thing to Extendo seems a bit strange, but we know it works.
From tip to butt, the G43X magazines measure 6 and 3/4s in. The magazine extends 2 and 7/8 inches below the grip. The design allows for nearly doubling the capacity without doubling the length of the magazine. ETS designed the magazine with great skill.

As always, the magazines are made from an advanced polymer blend that is resistant to cracking and breaking. It is resistant to chemicals and UV light. Unlike OEM Glock magazines, ETS mags do not have a metal inner layer. This makes them generally non-magnetic, so they don't work with NeoMag devices.
This is the big question that many of you have. If you plan to use the G48 and G43X ETS magazines beyond planking, they need to be reliable and durable. I bet to find out how
